Why greed when we got happiness

When I was returning from college , I saw a boy of our course ,who was going home alone not only that day but also many times. I had seen him in solitude. He looks pretty much disturbed or like something eating him from inside.

The very next day ,I accompanied him on his way back and tried to strike up a conversation with him,by introducing myself. His response was quite unenthusiastic and I could tell he was not interested.

After that I asked his classmates about him ,they said he doesn't talk with anyone and a meek person , after that I started to gave him company everyday,

One day I asked him why you are like this , I mean why you so alone and look depressed ,he denied and said nothing only ,

AfterTen-Twelve day  I asked him again after a little friendship. I asked him why you don't talk frankly, and everytime engrossed in something,answer me my friend .

He replied : during my schooling ,I was hosteller it was in remote area ,there were a lot of restrictions even in using facewash, every time I was in anxiety, financial problem was another burden on me  it made me thinking a lot ,depressed and loneliness came in my life .I was good in studies but everything the aloneness snatches from me , in my home when i was not a hosteller my hobby   was playing ,but it also vanished there. Interaction with friends and parents was like never happened .

Then he said that " why greed when we got happiness ".

I held my hand on his shoulder and said be happy always my friend and enjoy your college life and in the emotional I said  any type of help he wants then I am always there for you.

I was impressed with his sentence, "why greed when we got happiness ".

only those who can feel this who are deprived of happiness due to some kind of cause.
